mycasino is the online casino platform of Grand Casino Luzern AG, a land-based casino in Luzern that has held a federal casino concession since 2002.
Since 22.08.2019 the company also offers casino games online, under an extension of its concession granted by the Swiss Federal Council and supervised by the Swiss Federal Gaming Board (ESBK). The same rules apply online as in the casino: adults only, identity checks, player protection and transparent game rules.

The Federal Council grants Grand Casino Luzern AG its casino concession 326-12. The casino in Luzern opens its tables.

Online extension
With the new Federal Act on Gambling, Swiss casinos may apply to offer games online. The concession is extended for online gaming (326-12-01).

Platform launch
The online platform goes live with slots, table games and live casino, available in German, Italian, English and French.

The online concession extension 2023-A-12-E confirms the authorisation to operate online casino games in Switzerland.
